Navy, Magic, Swanlakers, and Leopards topped their respective groups, while newcomers Renegades and Rams, along with veterans Panthers and Army, secured the remaining playoff spots by finishing second. Army, however, narrowly missed out on first place in Group D despite finishing level on points with Leopards, losing the head-to-head tiebreaker that could have earned them a more favorable matchup than the unbeaten Tudu Magic, who went a perfect 8–0 in the regular season.

Playoffs Bracket

Under the Division 2 Playoffs format, group winners face the runners-up from their paired groups—Group A meets Group C, and Group B meets Group D. Based on this structure, Navy will face Panthers, Renegades will take on Swanlakers, Rams will battle Leopards, and Tudu Magic will clash with Army in straight knockout ties to determine the four semifinalists.
